Cannot Add a reserve price to an existing listing

I tried looking on every page without luck 

i used this too but also wthout finding any format and price or reserve button.. please help

To add a reserve price to a listing in My eBay:

1. Go to My eBay > All Selling.

2. In the row for the item you want to change, in the Actions drop-down menu, select Revise.

3. Under Choose a format and price, next to No reserve price set for this item, click Change.

4. Enter your reserve price and click Save.

5. At the bottom of the page, click Continue.

6. At the bottom of the next page, click Submit revisions.

If you don't see the reserve price option:

1. Next to Choose a format and price, click Add or remove options.

2. In the window, select Reserve price and click Save.

3. Next to No Reserve price set for this item, Click Change

4. In the window, enter the reserve price and click Save.
