Cancelled orders

Just accepted an offer on my NOS in packages Star Trek Deep Space Nine action figures. Then I get home and the buyer wants to cancel the order. Kind of disheartening on its own but this is the second time a buyer has wanted to cancel their purchase of this very same item. It does not appear to be the same buyer. I cancelled their order, but I just think it kind of odd. Has anyone else out there experienced this type of thing before?
