We order the TV about two weeks ago and not only has it still not been shipped but we are not interested in it anymore and we just want our money back.

It doesn't work like that.  What does the tracking say?

It says that it’s paid but not shipped but it’s been li 3 weeks.

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item.  What is the last estimated delivery date?  You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.



If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
