Hi everybody,
My customer bought my product. But because of shipment problem I can't send it.
I wrote to my customer, tried to explain it and request him to cancel order. But he didn't answer me or didn't cancel order.
It's been 30 days so I can't cancel it either.
What should I do? How can I cancel order or make my customer to cancel it?

Buyers can only REQUEST to cancel. It is the SELLER that files a Cancellation, and you have to do it within 30 days of the sale in order to get your FVF refunded. Once it passes 30 days, there is no way to get that FVF refunded. You an relist the item by going to the order, click the down-arrow, select SELL SIMILAR. Increase the price to cover that FVF you lost. Next time, don't wait so long.
