Canceled label

I sold a camera on ebay that had a battery in, the buyer chose Air delivery but when I went to send it at the post office, they said I could not mail the battery air and the label was no good, so I cancelled and personally paid for the camera to ship ground.  The label was not canceled and now both I and the buyer have paid for shipping. How can I get this label refunded?

You have 5 days to VOID the unused shipping label for a refund,  which will be sent by USPS after 2-3 weeks.
