Cancel bid

I have a buyer who now wants to cancel his bids. I have tried EVERYTHING suggested by eBay, and nothing is working. I thought--according to Ebay guideleines, that as a BIDDER, you should NOT bid unless you are sure and serious. I am a mom and full-time employee. I cannot constantly work on trying to solve this issue. The buyer is constantly conatcting ME to fix the problem. I did not ask or beg him to make somany bids. What should I do? I tried to help him but received so many error messages. I am at a loss. He seems to be a young individual, and perhaps he needs to know that if he makes a bid, that IS a contract. Any advice would be helpful! THANKS! DB
