Can we have a spot where we can leave feedback for eBay?

It would be nice to have a spot where people can leave feedback for eBay.  Some place where all the things that don't work properly could be.  Some place where after speaking with a representative and having the problem laid right back at your feet, you could share with your with fellow sellers.  When they say, for instance, " I see you listed that and the buyer is supposed to pay shipping but for some reason it is showing free shipping."  "Hmm, well you better contact the seller."  Or how did that buyer get free shipping labels to return an item when it clearly states buyer pays for return.  " I see you have a case pending case with that buyer that has not been determined yet, hmm, they must know how to get around that to get the labels."    I haven't listed in months.  Feed up with this nonsense.
