Can't set up automated payment

Hello all.

When I try to set up automated payments, eBay redirects me to (wrong) PayPal page that requires entering my credit card number and three-digits security code (!!!) "to complete purchase". No chance to move any further without entering these numbers. 

No, it's not a purchase, I don't have any credit cards and if I had I'd rather not enter these numbers.

Have I been hacked or what else could it be?

P.S. I cannot call eBay support as I'm outside my home country now and won't be back soon.
