Can't report stolen item, and customer service isn't real

I tried to report my stolen guitar being sold on Ebay, it said they can't send the report and to contact customer service, but the customer service bot won't let me choose anything about reporting stolen item.  please help.

You must file a police report if items were stolen:

Then ask the police to contact eBay through the police access page:
