Can't delete some items in my cart??

I put a few things in my cart the other day, then found better deals or different brands, which I ordered by doing them one at a time. I've come back a couple of times and tried to delete and even 'save for later', but nothing's happening no matter what I do. No changes, no evidence that I even hit delete. How do I get them out of there, and what's causing it in case it happens again? Thanks
