Can't delete reviews

Hello, just wondering why the reviews seem to be acting up. I reviewed an item a while ago, and then deleted it, and it appears to be deleted from my point of view, but when others see my page it's still there. I confirmed this by checking my profile page when not logged into my account, and the review is still there. I tried going into My Reviews and Guides and deleting it from there, but every time I click on Edit/Delete, I get a message saying "Your request cannot be processed at this time."
