Can not get in touch with buyer to find out what size and color she wants now i am late on shipping

My buyer paid right away and it was within an hour or so that I saw it did not show what size or color she wanted.   I contacted her by email and waited, with still no response and my mail now has been picked up.  I emailed her again, with still no response, now it is evening and now I am going to be charged with a late shipment because I can't get in touch with the buyer.  Now it is the next day again I email her and still no response, what do I do I am the one that is going to be penalized because it looks like I didn't ship on time!  Help, any ideas?
