Can be one person blocked from bidding?

Hi, so my bid was removed from list - officialy because of country, but my country is not in excluded list. I even changed adress for correct [work adress, where I got already planty packages], and still cannot bid, so I am as person blocked?

It sounds like you are only blocked by one specific seller.  Just look for another seller.  Your registration shows you are located in the UK.  This is ebay,com (the USA site), and many sellers here may not ship to the UK, so I suggest your return to your home site, https://www.ebay.co.uk

.co.uk .com - is it even matter? Rules are different compare to version of ebay? To be honest Im from Poland, but working in UK, and have been blocked - bcs seller dont read description of my profile. Why even check, from where buyer is. Thats why You can set rule where item cannot be sent(?).
