Can I cancel a return, and then restart a new return on the same item

We started a par return and have to change the shipping method to "other".  It was locked on using USPS, we want to use UPS.  Can I cancel the return request, and reopen up a new one?

No, you only get to open 1 return per item. 

If you are not going to use a label from eBay, you will have to ask customer service to load the tracking, so the service you select doesn’t matter.
