What does the c mean in front of the bidding price?
That means you are buying from a Canadian seller or wondered onto the canada site.

It means that the price is in Canadian Dollars. Be aware that any "approximate" conversion into USD (US$) will be too low: expect to pay about 3% more than the "approximate" conversion if you fund your payment in USD. Also be aware that any bid or offer you make will be in Canadian Dollars, whether you intend that or not: If you try to put a "US$" or "USD" in the blank it will either reject the bid or, worse, simply ignore the designation and place your bid for the number you typed in in the currency of the listing.
