Buyers aren’t paying for items

I have had my 3 most recent sales end with buyers not paying for the item. eBay used to get involved and now my only option is to cancel the order and relist without even the possibility of giving other sellers the feedback that these buyers won’t pay. Have other sellers had this issue?

When you cancel due to nonpayment the buyer is given a strike the same as before.
