Buyers address is Arizona State Hospital

Brand new account with zero feedback just purchased a buy it now.  I checked the address since it was a new account and its Arizona State Hospital.  I contacted buyer just to see if it was a typo on their part.  I was told its for a patient staying at the hospital.  I thought I'd check a little more on this.  Thanks for any help
