A buyer who did not read the auction listing and now has buyer's remorse asked for a refund. I told her that I would refund the purchase price and did that via PayPal. She has now put in a request for a full refund (shipping cost as well) and Ebay doesn't seem to recognise that she already has most of the money returned.
The ebay phone support is now closed. Is there some email to support? I'm sorry I refunded *anything* at this point, because it looks like she is going to get a windfall by getting not just a full ebay refund but also the purchase price which was already sent to her through Paypal.
