Buyer took 2 weeks to pay and then wanted to return item!

They said the coat was long- that the length went to their knees (it's a coat! 😶) I had the measurements listed in the auction-- and it also  stated 'no returns'. I denied the return on February 27 and blocked the buyer . And as of March 14 I have a retaliation negative as feedback.  

I thought I saw on ebay's site the buyer has 10 days to respond further, it seems that doesn't cover leaving feedback though. I've reported the buyer,  and asked that the feedback be removed. Is there anything else I can do?
