Buyer's note on order not showing up

I have had several buyers leave a note on their order, but not all of them are showing up. I had one buyer get upset a few weeks ago because she did not get the color she requested in the buyer note, and I just had another buyer just order an item and said they included a note, but there is no note on the order.

Is anyone else having this problem?
