I have a buyer who wants to return an item after my 14 day return policy has ended (item was deliverd 16 days ago). She is claiming the measuremnts on the item I shipped her are slightly off from the listing and wants a full refund. I don't want to accept the return as I am strict about my 14 day policy. Will ebay support me? Or will they make me refund her? I don't really care if she leaves me negative feedback at this point.
