Buyer requested different shipping.

My item sold and my buyer requested expidited shipping with a promise to pay the difference in shipping cost which was stated in a message sent via eBay message center. I save all communication. The buyer did send some of the difference but not all. What do I do to get the remaining $20?

When the buyer requested expedited shipping, you send an Invoice with the upgraded shipping so buyer can pay before you ship.

The only SOLD item I see was sold on July 24.  You still haven't shipped yet?  Contact the buyer to see when he will be paying the difference so you can ship.
