Okay, so I shipped a book USPS Media Mail on March 4th, buyer still hadn't received by April 6th and requested refund, which I did. Buyer just received item on May 3rd, USPS did not honor my change of delivery after I handled the refund so I would get book back. I sent message to buyer and gave email for PayPal, but since May 4th have had no further response. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you handle it?
