Buyer received item. Payment is on hold.

I bought tracking to send an expensive item when it was sold.

Then my printer broke, and I couldn't print the tracking number on the package.

I sent the package with stamps, so the buyer could get it on time.

Now Ebay put the payment on hold saying tracking didn't receive the item.

The buyer received the item and reviewed it.  Days ago.

Ebay will not take payment off hold.

The help chat is horrible.

What can I do?
