I'm dealing with a zero feedback buyer who provided an invalid address in the ebay system. It was a buy it now purchase, substantial value ($275). He didn't pay until after I filed a case, and waited until the last day before the case closed. Item was shipped to the address shown on ebay/paypal. Tracking shows the item is on its way back to sender because of invalid address. The buyer wants me to reship. Is there a current procedure for handling such situations? I sent him a message explaining he would need to fix his address and pay for reshipping. No response. I don't have much confidence in this buyer and don't want to reship without seller protection.
