Buyer not communicating

Dear friends, i need your advise, a buyer purchase one of my photo equipment, and i had to open an unpaid case report 4 days later, because the customer did mot pay, and did not return any of my messages requesting his pay and his email account in order to ship his item since the shiping company requests a valid e-mail in order to ship the goods. The buyer finally paid the item, but still don't reply any of my messages requesting his e-mail. I don't trust the buyer, and will like to cancel the order, and refund customer, without affecting my reputation. Any suggestions?
