Buyer is being unreal

Buyer purchased and item, ask me to hold off shipping until we sorted out the kinks he was having. I did so, we have been going back and forth for two weeks making sure he was happy even though none of this was in the listing or terms of the sale. Today on the day we  sorted the last of his concerns he asked me to ship it. Then moved the goal posts again and wants his money back. What do I do?

If it were me, without hesitation I would cancel the order using the reason that the buyer requested it (using the Cancel order option in the dropdown next to the transaction. Then I would add him to my blocked buyer list here:
