Buyer doesn't want to pay for curling iron she says doesn't work, but pctures show lights on & off

Curling iron was only used 2 times & worked  perfectly.  The pictures showed the lights on low & high & off. She says the iron goes off during the curling. I explained that it only stays on for a 1/2 hour for safety reasons. What should I do?
