Hi all,
Does anyone have an answer for a buyer on a military base who ordered $200 worth of collector's toys, demanded a refund because they hadn't arrived (but he DID get them delivered). I made a claim to USPS, who gave me proof the items were delivered. Now, eBay is NOT helping me because there's now way to send out an invoice, the buyer won't return my messages, and I'm out $200. Any help or suggestions?

I am sorry this happened to you but you need to understand that once a refund was made the purchase is closed out and eBay cannot help you. If the item is subsequently delivered the buyer does not need to return the items nor pay for them once they have been refunded. Honest buyers will want to repay you but you seem to have a dishonest buyer so place them on your block bidder/buyer list so they cannot purchase from you in the future.
