A relatively new buyer purchased a new clothing item from me, then a week after receiving the item, she claimed it was not as described & eBay gave her permission to return it to me. I received it back and it’s obviously been worn and washed. Now I’m out the money & cant sell item as new! Where’s my Seller protection?!!!
