Buyer accidentally left negative feedback

Hello everyone:

I received an email from a buyer stating that he was in a rush and left me negative feedback with positive written remarks. He then left additional feedback with and hit the positive feedback buttoon. I have noticed that my feedback score has now decreased. Is there any way I can get his negative feedback removed to bring my score back up?
