I allowed a purchaser to return an item even though his reason was invalid and he got paid within 3 days. Now he refuses to mail back my item because eBay didn't send him a return label! Why did eBay refund the money before I got my item back? Purchaser now refuses to communicate with me as "it is my problem"!!! What can I do since I can't get eBay on the phone and their Help/Support says the case is closed?
