Hello - need advise
I sold a necklace in late Jan. 1 month later neg FB basically "piece of **bleep**"
It is not and I stand behind all my items - I kept trying to contact him
but had to go through resolution center to get him to respond. He said
if I credited his paypal he would send me the necklace and rescind the negative.
I refunded him - he sent the necklace back - but wont rescind the negative feedback.
He actually cut and pasted the initial feedback I left for him, sayind I gave you positive
I have messaged him once a week and have been very polite - no more replies from him.
So I know he doesn't care about this - but it burns my eyes to see negative feedback.
Question: Can I do anything more? Should I add on to my initial feedback that I left
for him warning sellers? Or do I just let it go???
I do look at feedback when I buy, I think with what I sell and buy (vintage jewelry)
you need to know if a seller is misrepresenting.
Please I would appreciate any imput
Thank you!
