Do we, as sellers, have an option to filter the criteria on potential buyers?

Such as no feedback...

Why yes, we do!

You can set all sorts of options for buyers here.

You can also block buyers you have had issues with here:

Just make sure you have their name exactly the same as shown!

If you need any help deciding what to choose let us know!  The settings above are what I'm using, and not every seller uses the same settings.

No, we can’t block people with zero feedback. Where would any of us be if we needed feedback to get started. 

Leaving negative feedback comments in a positive rating for a buyer is not allowed. The comments focus on your buyer and their language/shipping destination instead of offering ANY customer service.  Seems an odd approach, but it shows the world who you are.

Just to clarify, @guearyt3 

In the above example, bidders need more than 3 feedback to bid on more than 2 items in 10 days from this seller. 
It does not block all bidders with less than 3 feedback from all listings.
