Buy it now button not working

Hello. 

I have a buyer who would like to purchase a product.  However, the buyer says that the buy it now button is not working and that I will need to provide my PayPal email address for payment. I have included all methods of payment. The buyer is also sending text messages regarding the purchase. I have responded to the buyer and asked that all messages be sent via eBay. What is the best way to handle this. Everything is listed on the page. From the price to pictures but the buyer would like me to send all the information again. Please help. Thank you

Hi @prettigurlz19

You do NOT have to provide your email address in order for the buyer to pay.  Just tell the buyer to click on one of the 'Pay Now' buttons ... assuming the buyer has already 'confirmed' their purchase.

I'm suspicious whenever a buyer asks a new seller for their personal email address ... as that often indicates that the buyer intends to send a 'fake' email (pretending to be from PayPal) that says they paid.
