I bid on a car that offers best offer! Asking was $500.00 so I bid 450.00. Along with this I asked questions in my messages sent to sellor! I found it strange that no replys  to my questions was returned to me. So I sent additional messages asking for a reply and to answer my questions? No reply were returned? I find this a uncomfortable position? I am trying to purchase EBay item and feel that I am in my rights to ask about item conditions! The time on my first bid ran out expired! I decided to up the bid and to do a follow up? I am now thinking this sellor is non compliant and is breaking rules. I do not wish to loose the item and have been bidding respectfully, I don t want to harm yet this is not the Ebays mission. Someone needs to contact the sell or and review my messages so a resolve can be made ? Time is money people who do not comply should not be allowed on Ebay!  Thanks Jim k
