Business documentation needed?

i know to getting a human answer from ebay is impossible but not sure how to handle the document issue below to get our payouts. I've sent ebay everything I have but still get the warning below.

It says the address on your account doesn't match the address on the documents.

If it has only been a day, I'd wait. If not, update your registration address or correct the address on your documents (with the bank or whomever) and re-upload.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Much appreciated. Our business zip code pops up under two different neighboring cities depending on the tool being used. The post office and UPS have gotten used to it but it does cause grief sometimes. I'll take your advice and see what happens. Thanks.
