Brand Name Misuse

I received a message (automated??) from eBay re: Brand Name Misuse./

"Here are the listings we're concerned about: Scoop Neck Border Trellis Print Psychedelic Vtg Maxi Dress Disco Op Art NOS."

I didn't use Pucci, Mr Dino, Paganne in title but I did in the body of description as I bought all those at same estate sale and shared that info in description. I understand it is a no-no to put in title as that is mis-leading.

I see other listings that currently put those designers in their titles even though that is not the item they are selling.

My questions are: Is it against rules to put other designer's names in a description?(I thought it was acceptable!) Will eBay end a listing like mine? Do buyers that do a "title & description" search report sellers for something like this beacuse they really expect to (easily) find a designer that a seller doesn't know what they have so they can resell?

Anyone have any insights and should I revise the body of my listing? I really appreciate any info, suggestions & clarification on the "Brand Name/Misuse" policy.
