Bought item as a guest as I could not remember my password, used personal credit card, not payPal

Item was ordered from motor_part on August 6.  RMA sent; but unable to open., Steven at eBay assisted and gave me the address of ELGC RMA Susan 753, 1100 Cranbury S River Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. 

eBay contacted several times, the last being Sept 13 and 2307 pm by Steven  who gave us the information. 

eBay requested tracking # by Sept 15,  Tracking from USPS Sept 14 @ 1042 due to unable to get to post office earlier 9505 5143 0517 9257 3072 59

I paid the return postage.

Please help me get my refund.
