Blocked from listing an iPhone X case

Hey guys! I was trying to list a couples case for the soon-to-be released iPhone X, but all of my listings got blocked by eBay, saying that I am not allowed to list the phone itself or anything related to 30 days before the release day. However, when I search for a iPhone X case, there are TONS of people that get the go ahead, big case-makers and little resellers all included and profiting immensely, and I'm little miffed that I'm excluded. What's the difference between my listing and the others? I feel like I wrote something on accident.
