Have you had experience bidding where it states latest e. g. Is $5.00 then you bid say $6.00 only to be told you are not highest bidder. Then bid a few more times only to be told you are still not high bidder. Is this legal? I’m confused. Why won’t they tell you up front what highest bid really is. It feels like something underhanded is going on. ???
