Best Offer option

How do I keep eBay from automatically adding the Best Offer option to my listing when I do not ask for it?  Thank you.

@candlestrings  This happens when you use the cell phone app or the quick listing form on a pc.
I suggest switching to the advanced listing form.

For any items that were automatically relisted select end from the drop down menu next to the item on your active listings page.

When you relist first save your listing as a DRAFT by selecting save and continue later then on the DRAFT at the upper right corner select switch to the advanced listing form.

For future listings switch to the advanced listing form only, then you will have more control over your listings.
