I recently got my first Below standards rating. I have been on eBay for three years now I have 100% positive feedback still to this day but a few of my items weren’t able to get shipped because I had an entire eBay tote come up missing I didn’t realize it till items were bought and I was not able to complete the sale. Is there anyway they will appeal this? I’m a single mom and this eBay is what is helping me make my bills and now I’m going to struggle on making sales?
