Basis allocation for EBAY, PAYPAL spinoff

Now that the paypal spinoff is complete and trading, what is the basis allocation for EBay vs Paypal?
I see that 1 Paypal share was issued for each Ebay share held, but a company will normally post an official statement of the % allocation for each set of shares, along with a suggested market value at the time of spinoff. I am not seeing this information.
Update:
The basis allocation is Ebay 40.432%, Paypay 59.568%
