I SENT A BUYERS PACKAGED TO HIS STREET ADDRESS & DID NOT ADD THE P.O. BOX ADDRESS & IT WAS RETURNED BACK TO ME BECAUSE IT WAS A FAKE ADDRESS. I PAID TO SHIP IT BECAUSE I OFFERED FREE SHIPPING. I CALLED USPS & THEY CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH ADRESS SO I TRIED TO RESEND IT WITH THE P.O. BOX NUMBER BUT SENSE IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIP I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT AGAIN. I CONTACTED THE BUYER & EXPLAINED HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR ME TO SHIP THIS TIME SINCE THE ADDRESS HE PROVIDED DIDN'T EXIST. HE IS REFUSING TO PAY & THE $14.96 TO SHIP FOR A $156 ITEM HE BOUGHT. IF I PAID TO SHIP IT PLUS EBAY FEES IT WOULD COST ME AROUND $62. WHERE'S THE PROFIT IN THAT? IT'S A RARE ITEM & NOT EASY TO SELL BUT HE REALLY NEEDS IT BUT HE OPENED A CASE AGAINST ME. SO NOW WAITING ON WHAT EBAY IS GOING TO DECIDE. EBAYS SELLER PROTECTION POLICY SAYS A CUSTOMER CANNOT GIVE FALSE CONTACT INFORMATION. I HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY BUT HAVE ACCEPTED RETURNS BEFORE WHEN ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING & PAID FOR ALL THEIR EXPENSES. THIS PERSON KEEPS ASKING WHY I DIDN'T PUT THE WHOLE ADDRESS ON PACKAGE & I APOLIGIZED FOR THAT BUT ASK WHY HE PROVIDED A FALSE ADDRESS & HE KEEPS AVOIDING THE QUESTION.
