Automatic Payment

I'm still kinda new to eBay, so I apologize if I ask something that's already been asked.

But I've looked at my "seller fee" statement for last month, which I've obviously paid off.  But I've selected the "automatic payment" option, and I'm worried it might lead me to financial trouble eventually.  Does anyone know how to change the settings so that I don't have to pay my seller fees automatically?
