Authorized user activity log

Does anyone know how I can print a report of items created by user? I have a listing assistant authorized to list things for my store but when I check the activity log for that user it isn't complete or accurate. In fact, it's hardly an activity log at all. Am I missing something there? Typically she creates the listing and saves it in drafts so I can price them before I list them from my end. Sometimes I price items before I give them to her to list and she completes the listing. The current activity log for her only has 2 days of any activity which is not even close to how many days she has created or listed items and most of the actions logged are "edited" listings not created. Can I see a detailed list of my listings and who created the drafts?
