Authentification Process

I have a question about how to authenticate a wallet or purse. I'm typing in Louis Vuitton and according to everything I can find an authentificaton badge will appear. I'm not getting a badge. I listed a Coach bag not that long ago and they took it off. I don't want that to happen again.

If it meets the requirements, the authenticity badge will be automatically added.  Coach bags are not on the authentication list, so either someone or Coach reported it as a fake. See the handbag requirements here -

I think what you're asking is how to verify authenticity of a bag before listing it. As a seller, you need to know items are authentic or they can't be listed so you should post pictures on the following board:

The authenticity guaranteed program is something separate from just making sure you don't list a fake. In that program, certain brands of bags being sold at a pricepoint ($500) or higher will be verified as authentic and the condition will be compared to the listing pictures and description to make sure they match. Items that sell in this program go to the authenticators before being sent to the buyer.

If they don't pass authenticity or if the condition is not deemed to match the listing, the item is returned to the seller with an explanation.
