Is any other seller having an awful time with the authenticators making mistakes on their items causing unnecessary and costly returns to happen? The first time I had a GUCCI bag sold and then rejected via the authentication process was because they thought they saw a scratch on the horse bit, when it was a piece if protective plastic. Once it was returned to me, I just flicked it off. The second time, they said there was "debris" inside the bag which was in fact paper from the stuffing so the bag would hold its shape. Both of these incidents had nothing to do with the bag being authentic, and yet the email sent to the buyer said "this item could not be authenticated." Very misleading to the buyer. I also had included of course, interior photos showing no flaws at all. My description had listed a couple minor scratches which were also shown in photos. I have been selling high-end handbags on ebay for 19 years and buy only directly from the designer boutiques or department stores. My feedback is 100% positive. This is causing me a lot of problems and I hope we can advocate to change their methods. Otherwise, I will definitely stop selling on this platform.

Did you mention the piece of protective plastic or the paper from the stuffing in your descriptions?
If not, they didn't match the description.
