I've bought 2 items now that were gong thru ebay authentication. Both purchases got messed up.  Never again. I'm going to tell everyone I can not go use it

@ginoniccoli  What happened?  You can return for a refund if the items were damaged.  But you must do so within 3 days of delivery for some items.  

If they were damaged then you use the reason of arrived damaged in the return request.  

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason  Arrived Damaged

So the first purchase was for a pair of Louboutin sneakers. They are not as described yet the authentication team passed them off as condition met.  When I received them it was clear they weren't. After spending a couple hours trying to get a response, I finally get a phone call from eBay. They obviously have no idea what comes in a new box of this sneaker. They should is they're going to certify a condition, especially me in box. Finally resolved with a partial refund but I still can't warn other buyers of that seller because they're not insulated by eBay which is a seller benefit but deceptive to the future buyers. Sad

Second time buying an item thru authentication it gets lost from their shipping.  So ya, so much better the old eBay way.
